Soudafoil 330D is a flexible single component adhesive sealant based on acrylic polymers for bonding and sealing of window foils in interior applications. Soudafoil 330D is part of Soudal Window System.

Applications

  • For bonding and sealing of Soudal SWS Inside Tapes to eachother as well as to structural work, masonry, concrete, plaster, cement, aluminum, wood, etc. Particularly suitable for making airtight connections in window installations.

Instructions

  • Apply Soudafoil 330D, with a manual- or pneumatic caulking gun, without interruptions (= to ensure airtightness) in a bead of approx. 5 mm on to the substrate. Place SWS tape free of tension in the adhesive layer and press firmly to form an adhesive layer with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm and a width of approx. 25 mm. Preferably use a pressure roller. With this remaining adhesive layer thickness, the drying process of the adhesive is facilitated. Soudafoil 330D can be used from +5 ° C to +35 C, at temperatures below 5 ° C and/or moisty substrates, Soudafoil 360H is recommend. Before curing, Soudafoil 330D can be removed with water from substrates and tools. After curing it can only be removed mechanically.
