Hybrid polymer glazing sealant

AluSeal Hybrid is a high-quality, elastic, watertight, one-component sealant that seals and protects the cut edges of aluminium profiles against corrosion. AluSeal Hybrid has been developed for the durable watertight sealing of mitre and butt joints in aluminium constructions (e.g. extruded window profiles). AluSeal Hybrid is based on hybrid polymers and has no danger labeling.

Instructions

It is strongly recommended that AluSeal Hybrid is brought to room temperature before use, otherwise its processing properties may be adversely affected. AluSeal Hybrid can directly from the cartridge be applied with a manual, pneumatic or accu cartridge caulking gun or with a foam roller. Apply AluSeal Hybrid to the blank cut edges of the aluminium profiles. The profiles must be assembled and then screwed or pressed within the skin formation time. The functional strength is only achieved after the full curing time. Remove the excess of the product when it is still fresh by using Surface Cleaner.
