Neutral cure building and glazing silicone sealant

Professional grade neutral alkoxy cure silicone sealant for glazing, construction and industrial applications. Low modulus sealant that remains permanently flexible, suitable for sealing all common building joints with high movement. Excellent adhesion to most building materials, without primer such as glass, powder coated aluminum, wood, PVC, steel, etc. Resistant to UV, rain, snow and ozone, and many chemicals. High and low temperature resistance.

Applications

  • Sealing of high movement expansion joints between many different construction materials. Perimeter sealing of wood, PVCu and aluminium window and door frames. Sealing of roofline and drainage systems. Weather sealing of aluminium glazing systems, curtain walling and façade panels. Compatible with most edge seals of insulating double glazing and conventional PVB films. However, due to the diverse range of systems on the market, it is always recommended to conduct a compatibility test for both double glass systems and laminated glass systems.

Instructions

  • Application method: Apply the product with a manual, pneumatic or accu caulking gun.
  • Cleaning method: Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before curing).
  • Finishing method: With Soudal Finishing Solution before skinning.
  • Repair method: Repair with the same material.
