The Repair Express Wood Filler range provides effective solutions for repairing, restoring and filling wooden materials and surfaces. Available in both ready-to-use 1-part and rapid-curing 2-part formulations, the range is suitable for everything from filling minor cracks and holes to larger repairs on damaged or rot-affected wood.
Depending on the scale of the repair, there are two choices of product: 1 Part and 2 Part. Both are available in a range of colours for matching against specific wood types, as well as different pack sizes to suit the scale of your project.
1-Part Repair Express Wood Filler
A ready-to-use one-part wood filler designed to provide fast, reliable repairs to small surface cracks and holes in timber substrates. It’s an easy-to-use filling solution, applied direct from the tub. Once cured it can be sanded to provide a smooth and durable finish.
The small pack format (400g) makes it an ideal choice for smaller wood repair projects. Suitable for use on windowsills, window frames, doors, architraves and other timber surfaces. Perfect for filling imperfections and restoring damaged wood prior to painting or staining. For larger repairs, particularly on rot-affected timber, it is recommended to use the 2-part system.
2-Part Repair Express Wood Filler
A high-strength, rapid-curing two-part wood filler designed for durable, long-lasting repairs to damaged timber. The advanced formulation delivers exceptional strength, adhesion and weather resistance, making it ideal for repairing cracks, holes, rot-damaged areas and other imperfections in both interior and exterior woodworking applications. Repairs can be completed in as little as one hour.
Available in larger pack formats (500g and 1.5kg), it is particularly suited to larger repair projects and frequent professional use. Easy to mix, shape and model during application, it is well suited for repairing window frames, doors, skirting boards, architraves, window sills and other timber surfaces. Once cured, it can be sanded, painted or stained for a seamless finish.
