Soudabond 215 MP Spray C&S is a multi-purpose spray that can be used for professional applications in furniture and upholstery industry. It can be used to bond a wide range of materials. The adhesive is not suitable for bonding polystyrene, soft PVC and materials coated with PVC. Soudabond 215 MP Spray C&S must be used in combination with the Click & Spray gun.

Applications

  • Suitable for bonding a broad range of materials. Soudabond 215 MP Spray C&S is highly qualified for the bonding of mounting materials, onto surfaces such as metal, steel, wood, laminate, plastics, ceramics and others. Common applications include upholstery, laminating, edge banding and foam bonding.

Instructions

  • Shake can well before use. Screw the aerosol on the Click & Spray gun. Spray at a distance of ca. 10 à 15cm of the object. Apply the adhesive evenly to both to be bonded surfaces. Spray the lanes over the surface, preferably having a halfway overlap of the previous lane in order to have covered the whole surface with 2 layers. Two light coats (with overlap) give better results than one thick coat. Wait for ca. 2 minutes and join both parts together. Afterwards push firmly. The applied pressure and not the duration of the compression will determine the ultimate strength of the bond.
