WHAT IS HMX?
HMX (Hydro Modified X-linked) is a high-performance sealing technology based on a cross-linked hydro polymer* formula. HMX is a professional quality sealing solution for professional users. During curing, a polymer network is formed that provides superior performance:

HMX combines the highest elasticity class (ISO 11600 F 25LM) with excellent adhesion to many substrates (concrete, masonry, metals, PVC, etc.), excellent water resistance and can be used on natural stone. In addition, HMX is more durable and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Other features include easy workability, excellent paintability and resistance to mould. The technology is available in HMX Facade Pro for facade applications and in HMX Sanitary Pro for sanitary applications.

DURABLE SEALING TECHNOLOGY
One of the key features of HMX technology is that it is more durable than other sealing technologies. HMX does not contain any hazardous substances:

- Phthalate-free
- Solvent-free
- Isocyanate-free
Furthermore, HMX has the EMICODE EC1 PLUS label (which means that HMX offers the best possible solution for optimal indoor air quality) and the BASTA label.
Extensively tested in critical conditions
HMX products have been tested according to various independent standards, in addition, field tests have been carried out to guarantee the performance of the product. Adhesion has been extensively tested on many critical porous and non-porous substrates, as well as field tests carried out in outdoor conditions: HMX has undergone tests while submerged underwater and placed in an artificial climate chamber, UV chamber, etc. to assure longevity of the seal.
