Filling of holes and cavities indoors

Filling of holes and cavities indoors

You were sure you measured it accurately. But you still sawed the plasterboard off a few centimetres too short. No worries! You can soon fill the gap with a good PU foam.

What you do

1. Prepare the plasterboard and the wall

Remove dust and grease from the surfaces. Moisten the wall and the plasterboard panel with the plant sprayer.

2. Shake the aerosol can vigorously

Put protective gloves and safety glasses on. Shake the aerosol can for 20 seconds. Open the Genius Gun valve and fold the adapter straw straight.

Moisten the joint with a plant sprayer.

3. Fill the gap

Hold the aerosol can upside down and spray Soudal PU Foam in the gap between the wall and the plasterboard. Fill the opening approximately 75%. The foam will expand further and fill the rest of the gap. Do you have to fill a large surface? Keep shaking the can regularly and moisten between the layers.

4. Leave to dry and touch up

Leave the foam to dry for 1.5 to 2 hours. Cut off where you have used too much foam.
