Surface Activator

Activator Spray 601
Universal aerosol applied surface activator for use with silicone, PU and hybrid polymer based sealants and adhesives. Used to improve the adhesion on anodized, lacquered and powder coated aluminium.

MITRE CUT PROTECTION
Aluseal
Transparent synthetic rubber based sealant coating for the protection of mitre cuts of aluminium window profiles. Non-aggressive to lacquers or coatings used in fabrication of windows. Highly elastic and UV resistant.

Soudabond 644 Duo
High strength two-part component polyurethane mounting adhesive, suitable for corner bonding of aluminium window profiles. With a content of free monomeric diisocyanates <0.1%, 644 Duo is not subject to H351 (R40) hazard label and exempt from mandatory training for safe use of diisocyanates.

REBATE FILLING
Soudatherm SF1 600P
Soudatherm SFI 600P is a polyurethane foam for the filling and sealing of cavities between the glass and frame of different types of windows and carpentry (rebate). Improves airtightness and Uf-values. Good adhesion on different types of materials such as PVC, Aluminium, wood and metals. Compatible with most IGU-sealants. Cavity must not be exposed to UV. Skin formation within 10 min, full cure after 24 hours. The foam can be applied efficiently and quickly with an adjustable gun system.
