Location:

Office based role, must be commuting distance of the Soudal UK offices in Tamworth.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will help to run and support the day-to-day operations and administration of the business. Collaborating closely with various teams within the organisation, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Services.

Role responsibilities:

  • Customer reporting – uploading monthly sales information to customer portals and issuing monthly sales reports.

  • Customer account administration – setting up new customer accounts and updating customer pricing.

  • Customer rebates – raising credit notes for approval and sending rebate reports to the sales team.

  • Fleet administration – dealing with fines, taking records of company vehicle mileage and administration of vehicle checks.

  • Processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses ready for approval.

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential.

  • Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems would be advantageous.

  • Competent with Excel; good working knowledge of basic formulas. 

  • Experience using PowerBI would also be advantageous.

  • Strong communication skills, a good team player and excellent attention to detail.
