Healthy House Products
Every product in the Healthy House range meets two requirements. On the one hand, during and/or after use, the product contributes to a healthier living environment. For example through low emissions during use or by obtaining a better insulation value of your home. On the other hand, the product will also have a lower impact on the environment and climate change. Choosing a water-based joint sealant instead of silicone is an example of this.
These products are presented in the Healthy House range. A new look, clear information on the packaging, explaining why this product is a good alternative in terms of living environment, climate change and/or environment. Not unimportantly, all products comply with the Soudal quality and

MULTI-PURPOSE SEALANT
Healthy House Multi-purpose Sealant is an elastic sealant made with waterbased technology. Lower environmental impact compared to other sealant technologies for the same application. Multi-use sealant that provides very good adhesion on most common building materials. Good weather resistance, against both rain and UV.
Ideal for general purpose sealing applications, including between window/door frames and walls. Suitable for sealing both inside and outside.

• Waterbased formulation: no hazardous emissions during curing
SANITARY SEALANT
Healthy House Sanitary sealant is an elastic sealant made with waterbased technology. Lower environmental impact compared to other sealant technologies for the same application. Very good adhesion on all common materials and surfaces in sanitary environments. Provides a waterproof seal, with good resistance to mould growth.
Ideal for sanitary sealing bathroom and kitchen fixtures, furniture and appliances.

DECORATORS CAULK
Healthy House Decorators caulk is a low emission crack-free decorators caulk. Provides very good adhesion on most common building materials. Ideal for use prior to decorating, providing a anti-crack and paintable seal.
Sealing gaps around internal window and door frames, skirting boards, plasterboard and coving. For indoor use only.

GRAB ADHESIVE
Healthy House Grab Adhesive is an elastic sealant made with waterbased technology. Very strong grab adhesive, made of 80% recycled raw materials, of which 35% biobased.
Suitable for bonding panel and sheet materials, skirting boards, coving and other decorative mouldings.

PU INSULATION FOAM
Healthy House Insulation Foam is a low isocyanate insulation foam. Very good acoustic and thermal insulation properties. High adhesion on most common building materials, with good volume expansion.
Ideal for general gap filling and insulating applications in joints and openings, such as between window & door frames and wall.
Lowering impact on environment & health:
• Low free isocyanate formulation: less exposure to isocyanates for the user, lowering the risk of irritation to airways, eyes & skin
• EC1+: optimal indoor air quality
• Contributes to perfectly insulated house
