Administration Assistant

As an Administration Assistant, you will support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily operations and administrative tasks. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services, you will manage customer reporting, account administration, and rebates while ensuring accurate records. Key responsibilities include uploading sales data, setting up new accounts, and updating pricing. You will also handle fleet administration, including vehicle records and mileage tracking, as well as processing supplier invoices and employee expenses. This role is essential in maintaining efficient processes and contributing to the success of a growing business.
