Key Account Manager - Construction

Reporting to Head of Sales Pro & Industry, Soudal (UK) Ltd 
Location: National Role 

 

Job Role

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Key Accounts.
  • Develop and implement short, mid and long term sales strategy.
  • To achieve agreed targets for allocated accounts and/or market segments.
  • Keep the business informed of up to date account, channel and competitor developments.

 

Key Attributes

  • You will already be working within or have experience of a professional sales environment.
  • You will ideally have gained experience selling to significant distributors in the professional sector.
  • Key Account management experience would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, both verbally and written.
  • Structured CV with evidence of career progression.
  • A proven track record of working autonomously, whilst making a strong contribution to a team.
  • Educated to a high standard: Preferably to Degree level, ideally in a business, economics or science related subject.
  • Strong numerical ability.
  • Market research and product development experience preferred.
  • IT literate - Microsoft Office, CRM. E-commerce.
  • Drive, motivation, over-achiever in results.
