Key Account Manager - Construction
Reporting to Head of Sales Pro & Industry, Soudal (UK) Ltd

Job Role
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Key Accounts.
- Develop and implement short, mid and long term sales strategy.
- To achieve agreed targets for allocated accounts and/or market segments.
- Keep the business informed of up to date account, channel and competitor developments.
Key Attributes
- You will already be working within or have experience of a professional sales environment.
- You will ideally have gained experience selling to significant distributors in the professional sector.
- Key Account management experience would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, both verbally and written.
- Structured CV with evidence of career progression.
- A proven track record of working autonomously, whilst making a strong contribution to a team.
- Educated to a high standard: Preferably to Degree level, ideally in a business, economics or science related subject.
- Strong numerical ability.
- Market research and product development experience preferred.
- IT literate - Microsoft Office, CRM. E-commerce.
- Drive, motivation, over-achiever in results.
