Soudal (UK) Ltd, one of its main subsidiaries with over £80 million turnover and over 50 staff, located in Tamworth B77 5PN, is looking for a Customer Service Manager, reporting to Managing Director.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • Provide excellent proactive customer service and sales support to internal and external customers.

 

Key areas of responsibilities and accountability

  • Responsibility for a Sales Support Team of 6.
  • Customer relations by phone and email and any other appropriate means of communication.
  • Timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Liaising with all other departments to improve efficiency and minimise issues and costs.
  • Responsibility for the smooth running of IT.

 

Requirements (Competencies, skills, experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven results.
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
  • SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and organisational skills, readiness to go the extra mile.
  • Living within commuting distance.
